 600 g loin cut into strips
 Salt
 Ground Pepper The Flavor
 2 tbsp Garlic Paste The Flavor
 1 tomato
 1 Red onion
 Soy sauce
 Oil
 Natural Vinegar The Flavor
 Yellow Bell Pepper
 Coriander
To accompany
 Cooked rice
 Potato chips

Season the portion of loin with salt and pepper and fry in a frying pan until the meat is sear.

In the same frying pan add the onion, garlic paste, bell pepper, vinegar and flame, then add the chopped tomato, coriander and soy sauce, flame again, until cooked.

On a plate place a portion of cooked rice, French fries and the loin, decorate with chopped parsley.
