Ingredients
 1 cup of rice
 2 cups milk
 ½ tbsp sugar or panela
 1 tbsp Vanilla The Flavor
 2 cinnamon sticks The Flavor
 2 cups of condensed milk or 2 beaten eggs.
 ½ cup raisins 5 cloves El Sabor.
 2 tbsp cinnamon powder The Flavor
Preparation

Wash the rice well and cook by boiling for 20 minutes, until softened, whisking constantly.

Put the milk or the beaten eggs, the sugar, the cloves and the cinnamon.

Remove from heat when the milk tastes of cinnamon.

Remove the cinnamon, cloves and peppers.

5

Add the milk and raisins and boil for about 15 more minutes.

Serve hot or cold, garnished with ground cinnamon or cinnamon sticks.
