Ingredients
 ½ kg ground beef
 1 egg
 3 tbsp parsley or cilantro
 1 tbsp dried oregano THE FLAVOR
 ¼ cup of breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs
 ½ tbsp teaspoon of salt
 Pepper THE FLAVOR to taste
 1 tbsp of oil
 2 cups of tomato sauce THE FLAVOR

In a bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, herbs, salt and pepper very well.

Make meatballs the size of ping-pong balls (approx 20)

Heat a wide frying pan with a tablespoon of oil. Place the balls and let brown for 3 minutes, turn and brown on all sides, about 3-5 minutes more. Add the tomato sauce over the meatballs.

Stir and when it starts to boil, lower the heat and cook covered for 15 minutes. Add chopped basil if desired and serve with rice or noodles. And sprinkle with grated cheese.
