1. In a pot with boiling water cook the chicken in pieces, seasoned with pepper salt and cumin "El Sabor"
2. When cooked remove it from the pot.
3.Prepare the rice using the sifted water where you cooked the chicken.
4. Apart in a cold pan put oil-achiote, red onion, white onion, pepper, coriander, cumin then add the cooked carrots and peas, shredded chicken, the raisins and cook for about 5 minutes stirring.
5. Mixing well put the preparation in the rice and continue cooking for about 10 minutes.
